What would you do if . . . ?
Activity type: Small-group discussion
Time: 10–15 minutes
Preparation:  Click here to download the sheet of discussion questions. Print it out. Photocopy one set of questions for each student.
Procedure: Divide the class into groups of four students. Give each student one discussion slip, and have them discuss the questions.
Option: In groups of six to eight students, have each student contribute at least one "What if . . . ?" question. When the group members have finished writing down their questions, ask them to exchange lists with another group and then discuss the questions.
