What makes a person popular?
Activity type: Small-group discussion
Time: 10–15 minutes
Preparation:  Click here to download the discussion sheet. Print it out. Photocopy and cut out one discussion sheet for each student.
Procedure: Divide the class into groups of four to six students. Give each student a discussion sheet. In groups, tell the students to read the list of suggestions and to discuss the questions that follow.
Option: When students have finished discussing the questions, ask them to come up with their own list and explain their choices to the class.
