Evaluation Tests are designed to assess Connect students’ progress in vocabulary, grammar (Language Focus), reading, and writing.

A suggested Scoring Guide follows, but teachers are encouraged to make adjustments as appropriate to their students’ needs. To build students’ confidence, we recommend adapting scoring guidelines so that most students do well on the Connect Evaluation Tests.
