Cambridge University Press has an extensive list of EAP titles that spans all levels and includes a wide variety of approaches. There are books that focus specifically on writing, on reading, on listening, and on grammar, as well as books that teach a combination of these skills. There is also a content-based series, entitled "Academic Encounters", that teaches all four academic skills while giving students a basic introduction to an academic field such as psychology and sociology.
