Professor Jack C. Richards is an internationally recognized authority on English-language acquisition, teacher training, and materials design. A well-known lecturer and consultant, he has taught at universities in the United States, China, Singapore, New Zealand, Canada, Indonesia, and Brazil. Professor Richards’ many successful publications include Approaches and Methods in Language Teaching and Curriculum Development in Language Teaching.
   
Jonathan Hull has taught in Britain, Jordan, Oman, China, Japan, Hawaii, and Micronesia. He is currently teaching at King Mongkut's University of Technology Thonburi (KMUTT), Thailand. He has a PhD from the University of Glasgow, Scotland, and his professional interests include curriculum design, materials development, and the use of introspective methodology in applied linguistics.
   
Susan Proctor has extensive teaching experience in Japan, China, and the United States, where she has taught at universities in Hawaii and California. She has specialized in the teaching of writing and continues to be active in curriculum development and materials design.
   
Kate Cory-Wright is a publishing consultant and international teacher trainer for Cambridge University Press. She is author of the New Interchange Teacher Training Video and Manual, and co-author of the four New Interchange Teacher Resource Books. Her most recent work includes the revision of three Teacher's Editions for Interchange Third Edition.
