Oriel
This dramatic Gothic room lit by the stunning Oriel window on the front façade of the building is perfectly suited to executive board meetings. The room features a solid oak table fixed in a open rectangle, with individual desk lights and generous leather chairs. A large projection screen has just been installed in the room together with the latest video-conferencing equipment, which is proving to be very popular.
The Oriel Room is regularly used for meetings of the Press Syndicate, a group of senior members of the University who oversee the Press' business and approve all titles published under its imprint.
